Epicurean Charitable Foundation to Host 8th Annual Fundraising Gala
"M.E.N.U.S - Mentoring and Educating Nevada's Upcoming Students," will be held poolside at the M Resort Spa Casino on October 9, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. The event will feature world-class cuisine, fine wine and a special performance by R&B legend Al Green. Foundation Awards Record-Number of Eight Annual College Scholarships
Renewing its commitment to developing future hospitality professionals, the Foundation is proud to award eight local high school students with financial aid to attend a college or university anywhere in the country to major in hospitality or food and beverage programs.

The Epicurean Charitable Foundation is proud to partner with the Lied Discovery Children's Museum to present It's Your Choice. The exhibit opened on Saturday, March 28.
